Recognizing the importance of ongoing engagement at both local and provincial levels,

this initiative aims to enhance communication among and education for diabetes practitioners,

including those in rural and remote communities across Saskatchewan.

Our objective is to advance diabetes care and management expertise,

enhance professional confidence, and promote collaborative practice
